Investors who purchase these bonds receive a fixed return over a fixed term, which is usually between 3 and 5 years.

A property developer generates funds to repay bondholders in a variety of ways, including:

 They have a Security Trustee in place to protect the interests of Bondholders

 The bond’s Information Memorandum has been signed-off by an FCA regulated company as an approved financial promotion under Section 21 of FSMA

 Investors Subscription funds are handled by an FCA-regulated entity

 Are Fully Asset-Backed

 The issuer has a strong management team
